It is a special summon for Mentors. There is similar ones available also for Consecrators, Chronicles, Jesters and Guards.

Due to the many questions here is the answer you are looking for:

The summons for the game helpers are looking like dragons and they have the same attributes as Winged Legend Spirit Amulet of Call that can be bought from trade fairs, during special events or dropped from chest. In difference of them the game helpers has restriction and can buy only limited amount.
