4 Level Pvp

If you are an avarege player, than poisonous beron/zorb would be enough. But you are strong, than you need arhas because arhas gives you %70hp and with that hp you can hit more than poisonous beron/zorb.

4 Level PvE

Poisonous beron/zorb is ideal for naked hunting ( without taking exp ) It can kill veteran hound with weakness powder combination.

5 Level Pvp

If you are lucky, than you got rare mount ( cerador, scorpolion, dzerug ) For the pvp; scorpolion is the best option like 1v1
But if you are not lucky, than you can get luan tiger/battle zorb aswell. And make them poisonous (for stronger mount).

5 Level PvE

Like i said before, if you lucky to get cerrador. Than it is the best way to hunting naked. Only 15 portions for 1 fight and strong enough to kill a couples gungles.( Like many gungles lol )

But dont worry, if you not lucky to get cerador, still you can get luan tiger/battle zorb to kill 5 level phadd, its a win case anyways,

6 Level Pvp

If you make the BoV or BoE worship than its mean you have shankar or endarg. Those are good for pvp
If you didnt, than you need to get ash vargash at least. This mount not good like endarg or shankar but too strong agains luan tiger

6 Level PvE

At this level you can naked hunting with luan tiger/ battle zorb aswell.

From now, peoples dont use mounts because of the battlefield necessery( for example; tallaars ) But other fights, in plato or anywhere else, Arhas is good because of the %70hp. When you reach 16 level, the mounts became nothing ( no dmg at all ) this cuz arhas is good choice
and for hunting ash vargash is cool because you dont need too much strong mount for getting help, like endarg, cuz you are already strong enough to kill mobs. If you are planning to naked than you should have rare mounts (cerador- scorpolion- dzerug - bear) to kill monster which your level's group without your strenght. (8-9-10 level)

Well it depends on what mount you have and how strong are you
but its probably 4-6lvl i think thats when you get most out of mounts in pvp and pve
Well in 5lvl it makes big difference if you have prize mount becasue you can use it from 5lvl
in 6lvl everyone can get enda,shankar and grumvol so its more ballanced,and you can use jakaral aswell
so i think 5lvl is the best one that you can relay on mount because if you dont have good gear and bless
you wont kill 10lvl mount without using few elixirs.
and if you have mount deck then its over basicay if you only have luan and other summons scorpilion and uses book
that would summon 13lvl one,but they would only if you are strong so i dont know really
but i think it has to be 5lvl for sure

In which level group what mount is the most useful for PvP and PvE? Why?

Based on player level there are many options
Level 4, starting you can get a mount, usually player stall level 4 using poisonous berona tiger and the arhas that in some case can be usefull.
Level 5, starting you can get access to luan tiger, this one is the most used one, just because many people do naked hunt with it, ofc if you are lucky enough to get rare mounts then you can alway use that to do naked hunt xD lucky who got that, you can also get ice bear, by participating the december monthly event and getting it in the snow auction.
Level 6, this level is where many red medals give you acess to variated special mounts, like endagar, shankara, jakaral, grumvol, each having it's special effects and each having it's advantages and disadvantages, personally speaking for pve specially mass hunting the best one is endagar, doing the even faeo under controll of darkness you can also get the special mount vargash.
Level 7, you got acess to the evolution of ice bear, if you managed to get it at the snow auction during december monthly event.
Level 8, you have acess to some evolable mount, like level 10 vargash.
Level 9, the level of evolutions, here, if you got enough rr you can manage to upgrade the mounts by buying the relative evolution book from sheara's tresury, they will go to level 13, a thing to notice is acess to chaos level 13 jakaral, if you have red chaos destroyer medal.
Level 10, you have acess to the second upgrade of vargash.
Level 12, second big evolution of all red medal mounts, here they become level 16 mounts.
Level 13, you can get eldive and kroffdor special mounts.
Level 16, you have acess to get a special mount, from tresure hunter rep.
Level 18, you have acess to evolve the special mount from tresure hunter rep shop.

PVE
Level 4, poisonous berona tiger is usually used to hunt level 4 elite monsters, but personally is not really worth, worth only if the monster drops something.
Level 5, with luan tiger you can do naked hunt, many player like to stall level 5 and 6 for naked hunt, even better if you got a special mount.
Level 6, starting from now, if you have specific red medals, you have acess to, in my opinion, the best pve mount, right after the special ones, Endagar.
Level 9, upgrade to mounts, nothing more, nothing less, good thing to notice is that you get acess to chaos lvl 13 jakaral, if you get the red chaos medal, and it is really powerfull, both for pve and pvp.
Starting from level 11, mounts become less and less usefull, because the more you level up, the more it become a supportive item, not as main damage sorse.

PVP
Level 4, poisonous berona tiger and arhas can become usefull in pvp.
Level 5, welp, poisonous luan tiger is good, but not good enough as special mounts someone got.
Level 6, here the mounts variagates a lot, up to personal decision which one is the best, personally for pvp i prefer shankara, or chaos level 10 mount, if you have purple chaos medal.
Level 9, the best pvp mount is level 13 chaos mount, in specific, bloody jakaral, just for his special effect, but sometimes it seems that can die before using the skill .-.
Level 12, all mounts are good, due to level gap, making them easier to make enemy blunder and making them a pain for who fight against.
Level 15 and above, based on personal power, from level 15 mounts become a support item, that gives you buff and regen, is too innocent to think that in pvp mounts can help xD exept the special one, if and only if they use their skills before they die

Level 3 PVE: Mounts doesnt giving any benefit to PVE
Level 3 PVP: Mounts are giving only speed and space so they are useless in fights.

Level 4 PVE: You can naked hunt with poisonous berona tiger.
Level 4 PVP: You can use poisonous berona tiger/crion zorb in battlefields. It has great poison effect that deals 120 damage in 40 seconds

Level 5 PVE: You can do naked hunting with luan tiger/battle zorb.If you completed the quest you can obtain corvus that helps you kill monsters. Also if you are lucky enough or spend a lot of money to get statues you can obtain Level 10 mounts called cerrador, scorplion and dzerug. You can hunt even level 7 monster with them and you can obtain Ice Bear from winter event to help you in fights. Lastly you can obtain and use Anlagrissa if you are women.
Level 5 PVP: As i stated above you can use luan tiger/battle zorb and corvus for battles. Also Level 10 mounts has 3-5 abilities that can help you in battlefields.

Level 6 PVE: Level 6 players uses luan tiger/battle zorb too because it eats less than other mounts and pkhadd/gungles still gives them money. Some players that done the BOV Worship can use endagar to hunt level 6 gungles, kodrags, valdagor wolves etc.
Level 6 PVP: Level 6 mounts does give slightly better advantage comparing to other levels. You can use some mounts if you done the worships or enough reputation points to get this mounts: endagar(BOV Red) shankar(BOE Red) Grumwol(UK Red) Wild/Emerald Jakaral(3000 Chaos Rep) Lagmur/Deterrent Lagmur/ Guardian Lagmur(1000 Flaudin Rep and Quest for last two) and Resin/Cave Vargash( Faeo Under Control Of Darkness Event).

Level 7 PVE: Doesnt have any new mount except Cave Ice Bear
Level 7 PVP: Level 6 Mounts are still powerful and usable

Level 8 PVE: You can upgrade your vargash with books that you can aqquire from Faeo Under Control of Darkness Event. Also you can upgrade your corvus to Gold Feathered Corvus from quest.
Level 8 PVP: Level 6-8 mounts are still usable.

Level 9 PVE: Upgrades to worship mounts, prize mounts(dzerug etc.) and anlagrissa that can help you in monsters. Elite Berona tiger/ assault zorb for non-valour players can help in fight with monsters.
Level 9 PVP: Upgraded mounts have slightly better abilities and healths that can help a lot in battlefields

After Level 13 Mounts are starting to being meaningless because you can kill nearly all mounts easily so after 13 people starting to use arhas because it gives %70 hp back and removes all negative effects.
