Missing drops - part 2

Thank you Malle for your response, but I've been playing this game since June and have never had the problem before. Since NineEagles lost his drops that he got AFTER I logged out, they would have gone directly into his pack as I was not even in DH when I left the game. I understand that that is how things may be now, but I've been off the game for days and come back and have my stuff still in my pack for distribution.

I understand that you may not be able to fix this, but I don't delete my pack and if something can't be done for the items I'm missing maybe there could be something done for what he is missing. If I'm grouped and the rest of my group is in another location, they get their drops. If we aren't in the same location, they don't go into distribution.

If there is anything you can do to assist him, please let me know. Thank you again.
