in mentorcase noone awnser,support not too,i ask here now

hello,

yesterday i buyed 4pcs patron caskets and open all 4,but only in 1casket was patron coins

why?

i told guards alot times,that my acc have bug,but all do nothing

why?

sended tickets to support,0awnser

why?

13000euro in bandit,0supergame,freegame or jackpot

open 780cardsets.....0rare

open patron caskets.......75% give not normal prices

is this really normal?

for me 3options:

1 only 0luck
2 acc have bug
3 admins program so,that always same users win / i have a list of winners

i know tceba not awnser on forum,so if here noone can help,please give this thread to admin,that someone can look at this

this is usual response to client issues-

What is the client version youre using? Try clearing cache and restart client

Regarding luck, Most of us feel same people win so many times, like ikke 1990, they win so much i forgot the count, i dont know why and how, but it does make us feel inferior, i think they give more tries or maybe theyve undrestood the game algorithm....

Btw, gambling is not funny, you gamble 900g in one session, or 13000 euro, in my opinion its too much, i just gave up on luck, i want the luck to come to me i dont want to go chasing it till my pockets are burnt

Some piece of advice from me-

Spend money on guaranteed return things in game example reps,armor,rune,symbol, if you have all, save that for next lvl go higher lvl.
dont fall in trap of winning jackpot dream, its very rare, i suggest to do that at lvl 20 after you have everything

sure is to much,all coppers on bandit is to much,but some achievments can receive only,when play

the 13000 is the total amount / in 5years

i have problem with the fact,that the "luckgames" are unbalanced

better all users have same luck,not only same users
