Combos

I done 2 CCs today on the .pl server and in both there was an issue with combos.

In my first, my lvl 7 combo failed to hit, yet it should be a 100%

In my second, my Great Thirst For Blood combo failed to activate. I used the correct combination (checked this over and over to make sure) and the final blow hit, but the combo failed to take effect.
