§1.(с) Creating/using a character to circumvent a ban of another character
That means it’s not allowed to play with other (already existing) characters if you have jailed one. Same with creating new characters, and if you want to play – you must pay curse on jailed character and keep playing and follow the rules.
§1.(d) Using a game character to circumvent game limitations
That means it’s not allowed to use one character in purpose to talk in chat (if your previous character was gaged), same with forum,it’s not allowed use character to avoid forum ban. Also creating character in purpose to spy on enemy locations or just to have conversation with enemy side – against rules.

If a player is banned for any reason they may under no circumstances create a new account or use their existing ones.
d. Using a game character to circumvent game limitations
The commercial use of a game character in order to circumvent game limitations is not allowed. This includes the use of amulets of resurrection, the use of a character for spying locations or registering a character to avoid curses in the forum or in the chat.

1.c.:
- If a player got blocked - whenever they create a new account a block will be applied on them. (That will happen if they use the same computer or being proven by self confession data, such as pictured chats in game or messangers)
- If a player is jailed - whenever they create new account and their previous one is jailed then the new one will apply a curse saying "You are connected to a currently jailed acount". That means unless the jailed account/s are not free then the rest new created will be jailed as well.

1.d.:
- Use of amulets of resurection - the easiest way to explain that part is as per the following - a naked hunter has a multi lower level, then they place it on their hunt location and keep resurecting themselves in order to speed up their naked hunt. Here we can get more samples but the outcome is the same.
- Character for spying - that is when someone create multi of the opposite race and run around to check where they can go and which road will be free for them to go kill someone, gather resources, open red rune etc.
- Creating of character to avoid (or overpass) curses in chat and forum - If player got already existing forum ban or silence curse and they made new character to continue the bad language in forum or chat OR if they want to keep their main character 'clear' for posting cuss words in forum or chat.



Therefore the Punishments for this abuses are as per the 5th point at the Penalties section

Punishment: Curse of Rejection (with buying out fee from 150)

A punishment that a player receives for serious game rule violations. Characters with such a curse are 90% less likely to obtain monetary rewards for killing monsters and it prevents the receipt of quest items and other items. Access to the exchange, auction, estate and post office closes. A ban in enforced on trading, obtaining resources, joining groups, participating in clan events (access to the citadel, treasury, bank deposit boxes and clan management functions closes). Contact with NPCs becomes unavailable.

The rule states that one cannot create another character to circumvant a ban or any game restriction.
In short, if a player received a ban, for lets say, powerleveling, he has no right to create another character to continue playing, or this new char will also be jailed.
As for d, an example would be: I want to raid human land, but I want to avoid big opposition, so I would use a human character to scout the land, in that case, I would be jailed for going around game restriction

Both of those commas say a very simple thing: BE fair and do not think to be the smartest around by creating a new character when you get a punishment for something bad you did!

Assuming you have a character who has been banned or under curse for any reason. This rule states that you cannot create another character just for the sake of being free of the restrictions of the ban imposed on your other character. For example, if you are put in Jail, you cannot make another character to continue playing the game.

§1.(d) Using a game character to circumvent game limitations
Best explained by an example -
Fact: You cannot resurrect yourself. If you have a multi character, you cannot go and resurrect your main character. This would fall under using a game character to circumnvent game limitations. The limitation here being that you need another character which is not you, to lift your dead state.

Don't create a char to play the game when you are already in jail for other reasons in another char.


§1.(d) Using a game character to circumvent game limitations

Don't use make a character solely for the purpose of talking with people on the other race or checking their forum, To talk to an enemy/friend when you are not on the same race, to send gifts from the multi since the main character is blocked, no spying in locations, no resurrecting a multi, and so on and so forth.

§1c. Creating/using a character to circumvent a ban of another character

This rule means that when you are jailed/banned on your account you just can't abondon this character and make a new one. You have to take responsibility for your actions and pay the fine for commited crime, only then you can play on old character and also make a new one.


§1d. Using a game character to circumvent game limitations

You can't use your 2nd character to help your 1st character. It is not allowed to res your other character, send gifts to yourself, spy other locations, use your multi to chat with other race, use your multi to chat when you have curse of silence and any other related situations.
