scroll of unarius

when returning to the spirit of fire in the quest the opening gambit it gives this text:

Warning! Completion of this dialogue will give you the Scroll of Unarius. If you have uncompleted quests on the Plateau (500 years ago), you should wait before completing this dialogue.

09:01 Seized: Necklace of Motionless Blood 1 pcs, Scroll of Unarius 1 pcs.

it sould be removes the scroll
