Ludial Chain Links Item Missing

When accessing Koeshu the Necromancer in the Mosoleum the item for Ludial Chain Links is missing after the update.
Walk softly and carry a big stick.:dragon:

I have 9 Links but the item in his list does not appear under the quests.
