Post Office: Trying to send a message to cursed players.
When someone's trying to send a post message/item to a player under Curse of Captivity/Poverty, that message is received:
You cannot complete this action as you are under the Curse of Poverty!
Maybe that should be changed...? Because it's scaring some people...
