Screen frozen in CC battle field

When I am in CC battlefild and moved on then suddenly the screen kept on one place and data didn't renew.After I started IE and reload relogged then I was outside the battlefild.Valor points also drop a lots.
What should we do for such condition?
It happened on nov 5 7:15-8:00.Any suggection to keep valor point not drop?
