Services, selling and buying of goods can be exclusively haggled on the trade chat, in private or in the forum trade area. Exceptions are requests for services of professional healers and locksmiths
i hope ths clear up the confusion, no offering of service in main chat allowed
Thats isnt the whole thing on that rule :

Services, selling and buying of goods can be exclusively haggled on the trade chat, in private or in the forum trade area. Exceptions are requests for services of professional healers and locksmiths. These two professional groups on the other hand are not allowed to offer their service via the public chat.
Kind of dumb being that it means only exe can offer services via public chat if they want. So, is it going to be added as no public chat for that or allowed to put healer / exe/ locksmith services in public chat?
