Guide for City Charters

Hi, is there any guide about missions to get city charters? It's necessary for Magic Glover event and i don't know all the quests.

You can also take a look here even though it's not completely finished,it has a lot of useful information in it.

That list is not up to date, hasn't been updated in years. There are more quests for non-mages I know for sure. For mages, there are only the quests that come from the sphere.
