quirk in confirm button when attend any kind of battle

quirk in confirm button when attend any kind of battle

Since the update, I have been unable to get into any kind of battle.

On advice I have uninstalled and reinstalled my client, have cleaned all cache, and anything that could be done on my part. still there are no changes.

If it is not an event I can attack one on one. When I try to enter any event on plateau, I click on opposite team and the confirm sign comes up.
If I click on BGoit I get a blue screen and nothing happens. The other button of course is cancel. When others can get in because the weight is good, I cannot. I can not even at the very beginning. I get buffed up and it is all wasted. Today I had heals, 2 res and 2 dispersals. I had full permission to come into the fight, but I could not get in even when others were going in.

I believe there must be some kind of a glitch. I never had any problems before update.
