Today i opened some chests and had silver hoersehoes like never before. 11 pcs

I continued opening the chests with "guaranteed" 1 bronze horseshoe as i thought
"next one turns 11 silver to gold one"

When i had 11 silver and 11 bronze i asked a games mentor and was told 11 is maximum
and now it still is luck when i get next... i opened more chests without that "luck"

I now bought 1 horseshoe as i was sick of spending money for those useless chests
(and i am broke anyway LOL)

Now i have 11 silver horseshoes and 12 copper horseshoes

So what is maximum in real and - if 11 isnt the maximum - why didnt give chests me
more even they say "guaranteed horseshoe untill maximum number"?

I would really like to know what i can do about that... i waited another day to
check and i again opened chests now which promise
"you are guaranteed to receive at least one horseshoe (if you do not have the maximum..."

But they dont give Horseshoes of luck.

Is there any chance to report that somewhere or do i just
have to note that i will not receive them anymore?

For me it´s a BUG or a wrong item describtion or...
