tech support tab not working and bugged quest

City Tournament 2d 23h 23min remaining
The commander offers you to take part in the tournament held in the capital of the Meridian Lands.
this quest is bugged and keeps freezing and locking up having to shut down and restart multiple times and use wraiths mounts etc when i can drop things before freeze up average taking 20 min to clear a stage due to this.

Tried to do a report through the tech support tab but thats not working either so this is the only way left to bring it to admin attention

If you're trying to contact tech support via client don't do that. Just click on tech support, copy the link of the page it directs you to and then paste it in your browser, that's way faster than client.
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.

Since you guys brought this thing back to life.... It should be fixed now, whenever you click on tech support, it directs you to the tech site in browser.
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.
