A little particularity abt new weapon enpowerment system

Besides being a garbage new system that requires a ton of effort for so little gain.
Did someone noticed non-valor, guards purple and blue weapons cannot be upgraded at all? :lol:
I love this event(good luck to everyone is doing this :drink: )
