Spielmarke der Angriffsverteidigung

Gibt es eine Beschränkung beim Item https://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.p…t_id=1179918647 (Spielmarke der Angriffsverteidigung)?
Ich kann diese nirgends anwenden, ich habe schon auf das Schild (Protection against attack)geklickt, aber da zeigt es mir keine Option an.
Da steht nur: *Der heilige Würfel hat sich verdunkelt. Du erhältst durch ihn nicht länger den Segen der Göttin. Du bist du mächtig und erfahren dafür geworden.*




Woran seh ich das ich zu "mächtig und erfahren" dafür geworden bin?
Genauere Informationen wären schon super in der Segensbeschreibung.

It is an innovation to protect players between level 1-9 from being attacked by other players. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use it at your level.
If you wish, you can sell the piece you mentioned to people who need it, your cohice.
