Why are old versions of red weapons and bows weaker than new ones?

I've noticed that the same item in its older version has worse stats than the new one. Since it's the same weapon, shouldn't the stats be identical? Does anyone know why this happens? Is it a bug or an intentional decision by the developers?
It feels like a bit of a scam for players who bought the item earlier, as they now have a weaker version of the same weapon. Is there any way to balance this out?

Hi,
Actually the two bows you mentioned are different from each other. One has 6/1 and the other 50/50 durability.
For a long time no Red Bow Base parts have been sold at Fair, so it is not possible to get the 6/1 one. The 50/50 one is a bow that was released later and can be obtained from the Luck Glow event and in my opinion is very valuable.

Therefore, I would like to say that these two are different from each other and it is not possible to get the old version unless you have the Red Bow Base. I don't think it would be right for both of them to have the same stats at this stage.
