Stuck in Stairway to heaven quest

Hello, i managed to gather all fragments of the map and was asked to assemble the puzzle.
I did it, then a message poped in the logs asking me to talk to Flavvy the wise (magmar), but when i reach him there is no quest dialogue.

I a m stuck, with no directions and the event might end without having the chance to complete it.

Can you please help me? :speak:

Now the quest started normally !
