Curse of Captivity

Dear Admins!
Let me know pls why i'm in the prison? i had not been playing for definite period...bcz i was in real life...and i decided to let my friend use my uni helmet through the clan bank...i was entering the game just for some minutes and before new year i found myself in prison..please, release me from curse and let me get my helmet back...
bcz my friend was talking with one of you...and the guard said, that my helm is in my post, that i can't receive bcz of the curse...
where is the violation of trade rules?
