missing quest - Weapon Delivery

missing quest - Weapon Delivery

My nickname is Jason_BG_

I need to do level 1 quest "Weapon Delivery" but it's missing. I checked everything:

- it's not in my "accepted" quests
- it's not among my "completed" quests
- step 1 of the quest - Elder Baguron - checked, quest is not there
- steps 2,3,4 of the quest - checked Baird the Sailor, Ostap and Mekden - nothing there

You need to finish the quest "Journey to the Capital" to be able to do the Weapon Delivery quest.
