Repository -  allows the estate owner to "freeze" any items that have a life span, unless the item has the following text: "This item cannot be «frozen»"

To "freeze" an item, you must select it and by clicking the left button of the mouse move it to the Repository cell. After that the selected item’s life span will remain unchanged while it is stored in the Repository.
