Description: You can learn this skill with the help of  Arnica the Rider and  Orfin the Beastmaster. Their knowledge and skill will help you learn how to skilfully handle mounts.
Mounts have been used for many centuries for the good of the inhabitants of Faeo. What warrior would not want to be the fastest on the battlefield? Who would refuse a loyal ally in battle, who will stand behind their master to their very last breath, and a pet that will carry your equipment? You can obtain all this by buying a mount summoning amulet and by learning to ride from the riders in Wirgold Estate or Mentaliya Foothills.

Using a mount

The riding of the mount is done using the "Steed" menu in the panel on the right side of the screen. If the player does not have an active mount, the "Steed" button will be as follows:
To use the animal you need to click on his amulet in the backpack (Backpack - Items). When activated, the following messages appear:
Now, when the mount is active, you can control it using the menu on the right. If the player is not riding the mount, the "Steed" button is the following:
When you click on the "Steed" the player sits astride, which is reported in the chat and the button "Animal" will change its appearance:
Important! Only one mount can be summoned into battle.

Mount Feed
|
|
All mounts need feed. The appropriate feed is spent both for riding on the mount and for calling the animal into battle.
All mounts will consume 1 portion of their feed per travel location, unless you have Premium account level 3 or higher, then transfer between locations does not require mount feed.
The type and amount of feed used to summon the mount in battle depends on mount type.

Skill books
By using books and folios, you can teach your mounts to use different skills in battle. After using the itmes, all your mounts, as well as any mounts you will get in the future, will learn to use the given skill.
Summoning a second mount
Usually only one mount can participate in a fight. However, there are ways to summon a second mount into a fight. For that you will need one of the special items:
"Copper Call" Horn - one of the Wonders of the Gnomes. It can be found by players of level 6 and above, provided that the previous Wonders have already been obtained.
Golden Call Horn - found in Precious Chests.

When those items are used, a stronger mount of the same type will join the battle. You can learn about the possible combinations here. If the strongest mount of the given type is already in the battle, then neither of the horns will work, and using the card deck will summon a second, identical mount.
Magic Lasso
Some of the rare mounts can be obtained by using Magic Lasso.
The lasso is a reward for completing collection "Lucky Statuettes". You have a chance to obtain the elements of the collection in different ways:
To complete the collection, you will also need 99 pcs. of Ludial Chain Link. Then, depending on the location in which you use Magic Lasso, you will be able to receive one of the following mounts:
Harnesses
In the shops of Mercenary clans, with a certain level of the reputation, you can purchase different harnesses which increase the speed and the number of items carried by your mount.
For the purchase you will need Leather Scraps, which can be obtained from Soygura the Craftswoman or Ostap the Artisan in exchange for Hunter's Satchel, Titan Belt, Titan Sash and Condottiere Sling.
Important:
- One harness is used for one mount.
- New harness will replace the previous one, regardless of its quality.
- If the mount is upgraded, the harness previously used is lost.
- You can immediately get a harness of the desired quality and apply it, there is no need to apply other
harnesses before that.
