UPD: All restrictions have been reset!
Diamonds – are a very sought-after currency that lets any warrior purchase unique and valuable goods.
Defenders of  Ogriy and  Khair! You have a unique opportunity to purchase Diamond Certificates from a Certificates Merchant on the Fairgrounds. Bankers will only sell a limited amount of certificates in one hands. City authorities already announced that you would be able to sell these certificates on Auction and Exchange.
Pay attention! Power Leveling Thresholds are not applied when selling diamond certificates: seller sets a price according to the demand on the item.
The certificates will be on sale till 29.08 23:59.
Sometimes in order to sell something at a good price,
one has to purchase something at a good price - good luck!

| I encourage low lvl and high lvl alike to not sell your diamond certs for any less than 12g per diamond....high lvl make enough gold hunting...they can pay the gold for people spending money on game, this comes from a high lvl himself...absolutely no need to sell cheaper. and if they dont wanna pay they dont need diamonds that bad then |

| @Mighty. For me your statement sounds like you're worried about diligent players that work hard to make progress and that you want to keep the diamond prices high, to slow down other high lvls.
Furthermore, it is no secret that you spend a lot of money on the game and thus another reason why you want to keep the prices for certs up.
People can decide for themselves if they sell to a certain price. The offer and the demand will regulate the prices. |

| I could care less if i sell certs or not, if people are spending money in game though they should get the most they can for what they pay real life money for, a 250d costs 300d so your already paying 50d more than what ur getting to sell for and already losing gold, i have plenty of certs and gold so i could care less for myself, but as for the low lvl players they could not know what they are worth. This is my opinion and i dont sell my certs for less. Ill just hold them until they dont sell them again lol no biggy to me |

| Some people buy certs to get gold fast because they dont have the time to hunt as much maybe as others or whatever there reason, your talking alot of money to most people....you are talking 375$ USD for 300d...people can pay the gold necassary for them or not get them....already ridiculous to not get at least 12g per diamond. No other game in the world is as expensive as this expensive when it comes to cheap players like u people. You are all probably the people that outbid people by 1c too lol |
